Topic:
The Human Edge:
Leading Supply Chains in the Age of AI
Speaker:
Najiba Benabess, Phd.
Details:
AI is changing supply chains at remarkable speed. It can help us anticipate disruptions, improve forecasting, optimize inventory, and make faster decisions. But as we become more dependent on technology, an important question emerges: What happens to the human side of the supply chain?
This session will move beyond the excitement surrounding AI to have a more meaningful conversation about both its promise and its risks. Where should we trust AI? Where do we still need human judgment? And what happens when efficiency comes at the expense of critical thinking, relationships, creativity, or ethical decision-making?
The future of supply chain will not be about choosing between people and technology. It will be about knowing how to use AI without losing the very human capabilities that technology cannot replace.
The organizations that thrive in the age of AI will not simply have the best technology. They will have people who know how to think, question, adapt, connect, and lead alongside it.”
Agenda:
5:45 - 6:00 Virtual Networking
6:00 - 6:20 Chapter announcements
6:20 - 7:45 Presentation
